Mitsubishi "Three Diamonds"
The Mitsubishi Lancer is one of the best known marques to come out of the triple-diamond stable (Mitsubishi = “three diamonds” in Japanese). And with stunning good looks and superb performance, this is no surprise. It’s smooth, it’s stylish, it’s sexy and it’s one terrific car.
The Mitsubishi Lancer is a consummate urban car that has a classic blend of head-turning good looks and engineering excellence. On the open road for a long cruise down a straight highway, around the hills on a road that twists and turns like a belly-dancer, or just meandering around town going shopping, joyriding or to work, the Mitsubishi Lancer is a fun and enjoyable drive.
Most of us will only ever be able to aspire to driving the passenger/saloon version of the Mitsubishi Lancer. And this is certainly a car that will give you an excellent level of on-road performance and driver enjoyment. Those of us with higher ambitions and a wallet to match may look further: to the Ralliart Mitsubishi Lancers and the Evolution series.
